You must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. ba44 reserves the right to cancel any account created on the basis of false information.

Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, ba44 may verify your identity. The required documents may include:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
  • Proof of the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
  • Proof of current address (if required)
Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. Please keep the correct documents ready for a faster verification.

3.3 Account Inactivity

ba44 may charge an administrative fee on accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. It is recommended that you withdraw your balance before a prolonged period of inactivity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on ba44 is ৳300 (per method). The maximum deposit limit depends on the payment method and account level.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours, although delays may occur if verification is in progress.

4.3 Approved Payment Methods

ba44 supports the following payment methods:

Important: Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ba44 does not bear any charges related to conversion fees or exchange rates.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made for the first time after registering.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses including the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each player may claim each promotion only once
  • Certain games may be excluded when wagering with bonus funds
  • If a deposit is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated
  • ba44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected

5.4 VIP Program

ba44's VIP program has three tiers. Players can move up based on regular play and deposits:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed in the system. For bets that are incomplete due to a network disconnection, browser crash or any other technical issue, our server logs will serve as the final record.

6.2 Software Errors

ba44 reserves the right to void the outcome of any bet completed as a result of a software error or technical fault. Any winnings or losses arising from an error may be reassessed.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

  • Bets placed before a match begins will be settled at the pre-match odds
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded
  • Bets will be settled within 24 hours of the official result of the match being announced
  • ba44 reserves the right to investigate if irregular betting patterns are detected

Limitation of Liability

ba44 is committed to operating a reliable and secure platform. However, ba44's liability is limited in the following areas:

  • Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or failures of third-party services
  • Financial losses caused by unauthorized account access or password theft
  • Service disruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances
  • Personal financial losses arising from betting and gaming activities

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba44 platform and violations will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

8.1 Fraud and Manipulation

  • Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots or automated software
  • Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game
  • Using multiple accounts to commit bonus fraud
  • Colluding with a provider to play together

8.2 Money Laundering

ba44 complies with anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the relevant account will be suspended for investigation and the appropriate authorities may be notified.

8.3 False Identity

Opening an account using a false name, forged documents or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Process

11.2 Investigation Process

For complex disputes, ba44 will review server logs, transaction history, and other relevant information before making a decision. The relevant balance may be temporarily held during the investigation.

11.3 Chargeback Policy

If an unjustified chargeback claim is made, ba44 will suspend the relevant account and conduct an investigation. If a fraudulent chargeback is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
